A new mattress feels different from the one it replaced. Give your body at least three weeks before judging it, that's how long it takes to stop noticing the old one.
Decide any time up to night 100
Keep sleeping on it, or tell us you'd like to return it. There's no form to justify the decision, just a message to our support line.
We collect it, free of charge
A pickup gets scheduled at your address, no delivery charge and no restocking fee either way.
Refund lands within 7 days
Once the mattress is collected, the full amount goes back to your original payment method within seven business days.

To stay eligible
A trial mattress still needs to be treated like the one you might keep. A few things keep the return simple on both sides.
- Use it on a supportive, flat base, not directly on the floor.
- Keep the protector we ship with it on the mattress at all times.
- Hold on to the original packaging for at least the first 30 nights.
- Contact support to schedule pickup, rather than arranging a drop-off yourself.
- Return it free of stains, tears, or odour beyond normal use.
Questions people actually ask
Can I exchange for a different firmness instead of a refund?
Yes. One free exchange is included in the trial window, so if the mattress itself is right but the feel isn't, tell support and we'll swap it before treating it as a return.
Does the clock start on order day or delivery day?
Delivery day. The 100 nights begin the first night you're actually able to sleep on it.
What happens to the mattress once it's collected?
Returned mattresses are inspected, and any usable material is broken down and recycled rather than sent to landfill.
Is the trial available outside the cities you deliver to?
The trial follows the same delivery map as regular orders. Check your pincode at checkout, and support can confirm pickup coverage for a return.
