These terms apply alongside, not instead of, any such agreement.

Client work and deliverables

In the absence of a specific agreement, MNX Media retains ownership of working files and methodology, while final approved deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment.
Payments
Fees, billing schedules, and payment terms for any service are agreed in writing before work begins. Late or non-payment may result in suspension of services. Fees already paid for work completed are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or separately agreed in writing.
Limitation of liability
MNX Media provides its services with reasonable skill and care, but we don't guarantee specific rankings, traffic, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes, since these depend on many factors outside our direct control, including search engine algorithm changes, market conditions, and third-party platform policies. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MNX Media isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this website or our services.
